It is never late to start
You are over 40 years old and you think your life has started to change. Your self-esteem is low, you feel your body painful, your hair is falling down, you are lacking sex drive, the size of your belly is increasing... what comes to the head is that nothing can be done in order to reverse this situation. Right? Wrong! Totally and completely wrong. Get your butt off this couch and let´s get moving and better understand the importance and the benefits of physical activity after 40.
