Next stop: Belize

Belize is possibly one of the least known places in the Caribbean, a true paradise for nature lovers, filled with beaches, rivers, lakes, islands (over 450!), and a collection of archeological vestiges. The place is not what we call a cheap destination (differently from the regions of Guatemala and South Mexico due to their vast touristic options, especially in Cancun), but it does offer lots of accommodation options, and the restaurants aren’t that expensive at all.
