Blue vegan coffee, anyone?
Creative news arise all the time all over the world, and currently, mainly due to the social media, it is possible for us to know about them rather quickly. We've posted about the blue wine that's the new real deal in Europe a few weeks ago. Now we're here to inform you about a milk that's 100% vegan, but nothing white. It's blue, actually!
The creators are Australian, and the milk is served in a coffee shop named Matcha Mylkbar: famous for only serving food and drinks destined to those who have opted for not consuming any meat, nor products with animal origin (more than vegetarian, vegan!).
The coffee shop's Instagram account is filled with colors and flavors! The Smurf-colored, thick, vegan drink has native blue algae as its main raw material, plus ginger, lemon, and coconut milk. The combination is served with decaf, and people say it tastes like marine algae (ew?!).
A cup of this special blue latte costs about US$ 8, and according to its creators, the success is guaranteed due to several factors, including: the fact that it's vegan, the fact that it's colorful, the fact that it's famous in Instagram, and the fact that it's antioxidant.
Anyway... care for a coffee?
