Samsung releases Galaxy S8

On Wednesday, Samsung has officially launched the brand’s new smartphones: Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus. According to the brand’s spokesperson, they represent a new era of mobile phones, with new experiences involving both design and functionalities.

The screen is the first thing that catches our attention in these new models. Called Infinity Display, it wraps its way around most of the phone, with dimensions of 5.8 inches for the S8, and 6.2 inches for the S8 Plus. Other interesting details include the frontal 8-megapixels camera that automatically focuses on faces; the invisible home button; and Bixby, the digital assistant.

The sales in the US start on April 21st, with prices varying from US$ 720 to US$ 840.
