Bella também é cultura: Nossa Giselle pode confirmar a história, mas a Oktoberfest foi criada depois de uma grande enchente do Rio Itajaí que corta Blumenau e que fez grandes estragos na cidade. Para arrecadar fundos para a reconstrução da cidade resolveram fazer a festa aqui no Brasil em Blumenau, nos moldes da grade festa da cerveja de Munique na Alemanha. BELLA TAMBÉM É CULTURA.
