Zero Day Tax: What is it?

In memory of the Free Tax Day, Zero Day is being celebrated today (05/30) in protest of the high tax burden. Companies from various segments across the country are offering their products without charging taxes.
Among 30 countries, Brazil is the 14th that collects the most taxes, positioned in last place for the country that returns the money. Our tax burden is among the highest in the world, accounting for 42% of each citizen's gross income. The population works 153 days to pay the taxes - altogether until today a total of R $ 999,7 bi in taxes has been disbursed this year. If this amount were put into savings, it would yield R $ 8.03 per hour. Check the difference of values of some products in Brazil and USA:
