Meet the pocket beer
Imagine a beer that you can take anywhere. After 9 months of research and R $ 9 million in investments, Brazillian brewery Pratinha made that dream a reality. The "pocket version" has the same taste as the traditional drink, just add the contents of the package to water with ice and there you go!
But how is it made? Following the same production brewing process, the beer goes through a very low freeze - temperature and pressure reduction, causing the liquid part to undergo sublimation. Then new malts and hops are added.
Ideal for use in soda machines, this novelty reduces costs with logistics and infrastructure, and can be stored in Post Mix and Kegs packaging. The novelty is in pre-sale on the Pratinha's website for R $ 14.99 each, on the labels: IPA and Weizen. So, what's your take on this novelty?
