American financial advisor Thomas Corley spent 5 years studying the daily lives of 233 rich people and 128 poor people to better understand the habits of each group. 1 -Physical exercises

Quem pratica atividade física não fica de corpo mole, não deixa a preguiça tomar conta do corpo. Claro que metas são essenciais, quem não sabe onde quer chegar não chega a lugar algum. Ter contatos é aquela história de que todo mundo fala: "ah, mas sicrano só conseguiu tal coisa porque tinha contatos", mas ninguém viu o trabalho pessoal para o crescimento do projeto e que o contato foi apenas um facilitador para o sucesso. Ah, e todo mundo sabe, mas na hora de criticar, se omite, que não adianta ter contatos influentes se o projeto não vale nada. Autoafirmação só é válida se você tem os pés no chão, você tem que valer o que acha que vale e não ser como aquela piada que fazemos sobre nossos "hermanos", de ser uma pessoa que deveria ser comprada pelo preço real e vendida pelo preço que ela acha que vale. Leitura é tenso. Hoje em dia é complicado ver pessoas lendo informações de qualidade, especialmente pela brecha que a internet abriu para que todo tipo de informação de péssima qualidade esteja ao alcance de todos. Enfim, sobre mentoria, claro que seguir os conselhos de alguém que tem confiabilidade é interessante, sempre considerando que todo conselho não é ordem, deve ser analisado sob o seu ponto de vista crítico.
