New Citroen does not require a license

citroenLaunched last Thursday (27), the Citroën Ami is an electric car that does not need a driver's license.

With the concept released last year at the Geneva Motor Show, the innovative bet promises to change urban mobility. At least in France, you can drive the vehicle without a license. The affordable novelty can cost just R $ 100 per month - the company's idea is to offer 100% electric mobility for everyone. 



citroenThe Citroën Ami has an electric motor of 8.2 hp and allows it  to accelerate to a maximum of 44 km / h. Its propellant accompanies a 5.5 kWh lithium battery, reaching up to 70 km. In order to charge it, just plug into any 220V outlet and in up to 3 hours it is charged. 

citroen It is a car for small trips, like going to work or shopping. Super compact, it is 2.41 meters long and 1.39 meters wide, weighing 485 kilos. It does not have air conditioning and air bags, but it does have cell phone connectors, trunk space and storage compartments..

Ami's value is 6 thousand euros, it is also possible to rent by paying 20 euros per month after  a down payment of 2,644 euros. Applications will begin  being accepted on March 30 in France, then Germany, Spain, Portugal and Italy..
