Quarantine home office tips

Get up in the morning, shower and put on your pajamas again. Some attitudes directly influence the lack of productivity.
Due to the coronavirus, virtually the entire world is under quarantine. Therefore, companies are directing employees to work at home, through the so-called home office. We have prepared some tips to optimize your time and improve productivity in times of pandemic:
1 - Set your schedules
Continue to stick to schedules as usual, as if you were going to work outside. Get up, take a shower and change clothes - say goodbye to your pajamas. It is also very important to set a time to end the shift, follow your routine normally with entry and exit from work.
2 - List of tasks
Work organization is necessary to set up your home office. Create a task list to keep track of what should be done during the day. Have all the necessary materials and organize a special space at home during this period.
3 - Take breaks
So that you don't feel overwhelmed, stop for a few minutes to drink water and go to the bathroom. After many hours of work, our brain gets tired and even ends up procrastinating. Don't forget to stretch too!
4 - Forget the TV
No working on the bed, sofa or watching series on Netflix. We know that the temptation is great, since we are at home - but it makes it difficult to concentrate on the work that must be done. Also avoid being distracted by the smartphone, turning off notifications can be a great idea.
5 - Communicate
Maintaining communication with co-workers is essential. Through Whatsapp or videoconferences you can settle all demands with the boss, supervisor and his team. This way you keep everything in line on those days at home - and avoid double work.
