Quality

Storage

The best way to store coffee is in closed pots - preferably dark ones. Thus, the grains are not exposed to light, preventing oxidation. Take the opportunity to store in the refrigerator, the low temperature preserves all its properties. Remember to consume it in a maximum of 15 days.



Preparation

The ideal ratio is 10% coffee to 90% water. Forget boiling water, the perfect temperature is 90 to 96 ° C. Excessive heat gets in the way of tasting, in addition to making it taste like burning - in addition, always use filtered water.

For ground coffee, use 5 to 6 teaspoons of coffee for every liter of water - depending on your taste. If using a paper filter, before adding coffee, pour hot water to remove the taste of the cellulose.

Gradually pour the water over the coffee, always in a circular motion. In this way, the distribution will be perfectly uniform.

Saudades da infância na roça, caçando e pescando, comendo frutas no pé, café em grãos comprado no armazém, torrado e moído em casa, mãos calejadas, fogão a lenha e uma diversidade de aranhas em cada fresta das paredes de madeira, kkkkk. Hoje a gourmetização faz com que o café em grãos seja mais caro do que o moído, são poucos os grãos realmente selecionados, que valem o preço irreal. Há alguns anos, no interior do Mato Grosso, tomei um café torrado e moído na fazenda, realmente o sabor é outro, bem mais saboroso, além de remeter à minha infância. Como bons apreciadores de café, eu e minha namorada vivemos provando cafés diferentes, eu já estava pesquisando sobre alguns moedores de grãos, esse post me convenceu a provar um bom café moído em casa novamente.

Bacana a publicação. Acho válido mencionar a preparação com cafeteira italiana, onde desde o controle do tempo de fogo até a quantidade de pó são essenciais para se fazer um bom café
