Huawei launches foldable smartphone
Last Monday (22), Huawei unveiled its new foldable smartphone, the Mate X2.
With a renewed design that closely resembles the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2, the internal screen of the Mate X2 is 8 inches, while the external is 6.45 inches, both OLED with up to 90 HZ update. The resolution is 2700 x 1160 pixels with a density of 456 PPI, has thin edges with only one hole for the camera and other sensors.
The new Huawei Mate X2 has two versions: one with 256GB and the other with 512GB of internal storage. Equipped with a Kirin 9000 processor, an eight-core chipset that reaches 3.13 GHz, matching the Mali-G78 GPU. The gadget can connect to 5G networks with connection speed on Wi-Fi 6+ (for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). On the cameras, the foldable has five distributed sensors: composed of a 50 MP sensor "Ultra Vision Camera" with aperture f / 1.9; a 16 MP wide angle, with f / 2.2 aperture; 12 MP for telephoto shots, f / 2.2; and, finally, the 8 MP SuperZoom camera, with 10x optical zoom and f / 4.4 aperture. All with optical stabilization.
At the front, it has a 16 MP aperture sensor. For selfies, they have 4608 x 3456 pixels of resolution. The captures are 8192 x 611 pixels and the videos go up to 4K. Full HD recordings can reach 960 frames per second in “ultra slow motion” mode driven by artificial intelligence.
The battery has only 4,500 mAh capacity, with 55W fast charging via USB-C, fingerprint reader, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC. In China, the Huawei Mate X2 will be sold for $ 3,320 Yuan, about R $ $2,820 in the 256GB version. In the 512 GB version, it will arrive for more than $2,950. Both will be sold in pink, blue, black, white and will be available from February 25th.
