To prepare a good coffee, you need to choose the method that best suits your needs. The different forms present very different results, which vary according to your routine and taste. But truth be told: in the paper filter, Italian coffee maker, French press, cloth strainer or aeropress a coffee always goes well.

Paper Filter

The idea was to eliminate the coffee residues at the bottom of the cup, making the coffee softer. Using a brass mug and a lid, she made some holes, cut out a piece of blotting paper and capped it. This way of preparing the drink makes it less bitter, smooth and more translucent.


Italian Coffee Maker

Ideal for those who like a full-bodied coffee with little acidity. To prepare, just put water on the bottom of the coffee maker and coffee on the top, where it is punctured. Thread the top and bring to the fire. The water will boil and pass through the powder, this way the drink rises up storing at the top


Aeropress

Coffee prepared at Aeropress results in a strong, less acidic and bitter drink. Invented in the early 2000s by Alan Adler, an American engineer. The coffee maker is like a syringe that holds powder and water in an infusion, the filter is a support with holes where paper discs are placed.    



French Press

As its name suggests, the French Press appeared in France and was registered in 1929 by the designer Attilio Calimani. To prepare, you put the powder (coarse grind) on the bottom and pour hot water, letting the mixture rest for a few minutes, then push it down, this way the coffee will be filtered. Presents the result of a coffee with mild citric acid and full-bodied

Cloth strainer

One of the most traditional methods, it is undoubtedly the simplest. To prepare the perfect strained coffee, pour hot water across the side of the strainer and discard, pour the powder and slowly pour the water in a circular motion. Remember: the water cannot be boiling

Outra dica para a saúde é que o café tem substâncias antioxidantes, que obviamente, em contato com o ar, se oxidam, portanto, os benefícios antioxidantes do café estão presentes até vinte minutos após seu preparo. O café deve ser consumido com moderação, principalmente por pessoas que tem labirintite, chiado no ouvido e gastrite. Um copo de água logo após o café reduz as chances de manchar os dentes. E hoje em dia se encontram disponíveis os grãos, torrados ou não, para moagem em casa, tornando o café uma experiência sensorial única, pois o aroma e o sabor são diferentes do café já moído. E por fim, paladares mais apurados saberão até mesmo diferenciar as regiões produtoras.
