Adriane Galisteu and Ayrton Senna's Uno

Present from the ex-driver to his girlfriend Adriane Galisteu, the Fiat Uno remains intact to this day. 

On Saturday (01), 27 years of Ayrton Senna's death were celebrated. Among the tributes to model and presenter Adriane Galisteu revealed the special gift she received from the ex-driver in 1993. We are talking about the Fiat Uno, with the initials DRI on ahead in honor of your beloved. The letter string is used in all cars of the blonde, who currently drives a Hummer H3 and a Porsche Cayenne.

"It was the dream of any girl of my time, who was from the lower middle class. For me it was a very unattainable car," revealed Galisteu in an exclusive interview with Autoesporte. Record TV presenter takes care of Uno with great affection after 28 years.

The blonde said that Ayrton Senna did not believe it when she said that he would like to win a Fiat Uno: “He kept looking at me and said: what car do you want? (...) For him it was a very simple gift, but he [when he went to give the car as a gift] filled it with roses (...) and put a beautiful bouquet of flowers on the hood of the car".

"I was angry, because he wanted to race with my car. I was terrified of him crashing the car (laughs)". The Fiat Uno was always driven by the ex-driver during the couple's tours in Brazil. "Nobody drives it. I only let the driver who works with us, from time to time, go to the gas station or take a quick drive," he says. "It is a very valuable car, I am afraid that someone will hit it, scratch it or steal it.".

With almost 40 thousand kilometers traveled, the Fiat Uno has already received the offer of 2000 thousand, almost 3,540% in relation to the R $ 5,649 estimated by the Fipe table. "I won't sell it at all. (...) What this Uno carries with it, I cannot pass it on", guarantees Adriane. "If there was a museum that had to do with Senna's history, with all the care in the world, I would let [him be exposed]". 

Considered one of the greatest drivers in history, Ayrton Senna was a Formula 1 Champion for three seasons. He died at the age of 34, during an accident at the San Marino GP in 1994, leaving a legacy that will be remembered forever.
