3 - Relieves tension
During intercourse, heart rate and blood flow increase, reaching orgasm. After reaching the climax, our body enters a relaxation so intense that it is able to relieve even muscular tensions.
4 - Sleep aid
It's not just men who feel sleepy after orgasm. In a recent study of 2,632 American women, 39% were found to masturbate before bed - the oxytocin released during orgasm contributes to a good night's sleep.
5 - Improves skin and hair
Achieving orgasm increases levels of estradiol and dehydroepiandrosterone - responsible for maintaining healthy skin and repairing tissues, leaving skin and hair more lush. When we come, there is a vasodilation of blood vessels, leaving our skin and hair with a natural shine.

Having sex twice a week raises Immunoglobulin A, resulting in fewer colds and flu. It is an antibody found in the nostrils and saliva, capable of boosting the immune system by fighting bacteria.
8 - Protect the heart
The US National Institutes of Health conducted a study of 10,000 women who were taking some hormone treatment to look at the effects of hormones on women's health. It was concluded that women taking estrogen treatment had less risk of heart disease (orgasm increases estrogen levels).
