Ingredients:
15 ml of lemon juice
15 ml simple syrup (4 parts sugar, 4 parts water)
30 ml of gin
90 ml of champagne
Method of preparation:
Make the simple syrup: Place the sugar in a small saucepan of water and bring to a slow boil, stirring continuously until the sugar dissolves. Then boil the mixture without stirring for 1-2 minutes. Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the champagne. Serve in a glass with ice and finish with the last drink.

Ingredients:
2 medium peeled lemons
2 tablespoons of sugar
catuaba
ice (to taste)
Method of preparation:
Cut the lemons into slices and mash with the sugar (you can leave it aside if you prefer a not-so-sweet drink), then mix with the cooled catuaba and top up with ice.
