Every year, Global Finance Magazine prepares a ranking of the best cities to live in the world. The 2022 list has already been released and finalized based on factors such as: environment, economic strength, research, development, cultural interaction, livability, deaths from Covid-19 and population growth. Unfortunately Brazil was not among the first classified, but some places on the list can be surprising.

10 - Amsterdam, Netherlands
Scoring higher than Copenhagen, Berlin and Vienna, Amsterdam has risen from 14th on the 2020 list to 10th. The city has more variety of transport and lower cost of living compared to European competitors.
9 - New York, United States
The only American city in the ranking this year, New York, stands out for its strong economy. Due to the high Covid-19 death rate and high rent cost, the city went from 4th to 9th place in 2022.
