1 - Tilapia Ceviche

Ingredients:
500g of tilapia
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1 girl's finger pepper
chives to taste
1 Sicilian lemon
1 tahitian lemon
optional coriander
Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation mode
Cut the tilapia into cubes, remove all the seeds from the peppers and cut into small cubes. Squeeze the lemons and mix in a bowl with the fish. Season with pepper and salt. Don't forget to add the chives at the end.
2 - Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingridients
250 g spaghetti
water
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon of butter
250 g of chopped bacon
1 cup(s) fresh cream
2 gems
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
chopped parsley to taste
Preparation mode
Cook the pasta and let it al dente. Heat a pan with butter and add the bacon, frying until crispy. In another pan, add the cream, egg yolks, parsley and Parmesan cheese. Place the pasta into the sauce and mix with the fried bacon.
3 - Beef in chimichurri sauce
Ingridients
4 sirloin steaks approximately 3cm tall
2 tablespoons of oil or olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Sauce
1/2 cup (tea) of olive oil
1/4 cup red or white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons of dehydrated parsley
2 tablespoons of dehydrated garlic
1 tablespoon of dehydrated oregano
1 tablespoon of dried chives
1 tablespoon of dehydrated onion
2 teaspoons of pepperoni pepper
Preparation mode
Add all the ingredients in a jar with a lid, shaking gently. Grease the skillet with oil, fry the 2 steaks, season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with the sauce and you're done!
4 - Octopus à Lagareiro

Ingridients
6 Portuguese octopus tentacles
1 cup (tea) extra virgin olive oil
salt to taste
1 cup onion (sliced)
8 to 12 pieces of potato balls
½ cup onion (chopped)
1 teaspoon hot paprika
3 bay leaves
Garlic and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation mode
Boil 4 liters of water, put the whole octopus and cook for 45 minutes. After the time, remove, wait to cool and remove the tentacle head. Sauté the onion with the bay leaf, bake some potatoes. To roast the octopus, dip the tentacles in olive oil, season with coarse salt and keep on the grill for 15 minutes.
5- Salmon with broccoli cream

Ingridients
1 1 kg salmon fillet, cut into 4 pieces
Salt and white pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of butter
Cream
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of wheat flour
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
1 and 1/2 cup of chopped broccoli (cooked)
salt to taste
1 box of sour cream (200g)
Preparation mode
Heat the butter in the pan over medium heat to make the cream, fry the flour and gradually add the milk until it thickens. Add broccoli, pepper, salt and mix. Add the cream and turn off the heat. To prepare the salmon, season with pepper and salt, fry 2 pieces at a time over high heat. Serve with cream and rice if desired.
