Do you know the K-spot?
Ever heard of the K spot? Learn more about this region located at the bottom of the vagina that promises a lot of pleasure for them.

Located deep in the vagina, close to the cervix, the K-spot can lead women to intense moments of pleasure - reaching orgasm more easily. Many professionals still question the existence of this area, mentioned for the first time in 1998 by Barbara Keesling, North American therapist, author of several books, such as "Make Love the Whole Night!" and "The Sex Cure". But, since sex is worth "almost" everything, let's try it! In the photo, our brunette nymph Giovanna Conzatti.
Clear all your doubts about the subject and find out where the controversial K-spot is located below:
What is the K-spot?
Also known as Kundalini, the K point refers to a vital energy that runs through our body according to Hindu tradition. Surrounding the sacral plexus are many nerve endings that connect with the genital organ. To activate it, you can use some accessories like hot stone, or meditate. Another interesting way is through massage oils, even using a lubricant.
How to find the K-spot during sex?
CAs we mentioned at the beginning of the text, the k point is located deep inside the vagina, close to the cervix. Therefore, it can be a little more complicated to stimulate this area. But calm down, there's a way for everything!
One of the essential tips is to use your fingers in the shape of a hook, making the movement up and forward, as if you were calling someone. When performing this touch, you need to be very careful not to cause any kind of discomfort to your partner.
Other ways are betting on sex toys, with them the region can be well used. Bet on longer toys with a slightly curved tip.
Enjoy the sensations of the moment along with her, feeling the stimuli. The woman must be well excited and lubricated to facilitate the entry of fingers, penis or toys, introducing into the vaginal canal until reaching the K point.
Some different positions are also welcome: legs bent or close to the knee help to shorten the channel helping to raise this mysterious area.
We talk so much about the G-spot, that we end up forgetting that there are several other areas to be explored in the woman's body (see some erogenous points here). Take advantage of the idea to get out of the routine, spice up the relationship and try something new for two!
