Mercedes-AMG announces G63 Grand Edition
Limited to a thousand units, Mercedes unveiled the G63 Grand Edition in matt black with gold accents.
With only a thousand copies, the new edition of the Mercedes G63 Grand Edition appears with several exclusive details. The German brand bet on striking design elements, highlighting the matte black and gold colors, creating a fascinating contrast. Also noteworthy is its luxurious interior combining the same tones.
Now in the Manufaktur matte Night Black paintwork, this is the first time since the first model in 1979 that the AMG badge and Mercedes star have appeared in matte Kalahari gold. With applications also on the front and rear bumpers and on the spare wheel.
This version follows with the V8 4.0 biturbo engine with 585 hp and 850 Nm, with acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds. Fuel consumption in combined cycle (WLTP: 16.0 l/100km, CO2 emissions in combined cycle: 363 g/km).
Inside, the black and gold details are still present on the door sills, seats covered in black nappa Manufaktur leather and gold stitching on the carpets, AMG logo and headrest. Other interior trim components are finished in carbon with copper wire.
Values have not yet been disclosed, but the model is already available for order in Germany from 265,000 euros.
