Bella Club 2023 Restaurant Guide reveals the best gastronomy in Florianópolis.
Do you already know which are the best restaurants in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina? The Bella Club Restaurant Guide 2023, considered the largest study ever carried out in the sector in the state, provides the answer.
The guide was created following the criteria of the best gastronomic guides in the world, such as Michelin and Zagat. For this year's edition, 10 gourmet experts and 30 gourmands with extensive international knowledge were sent to evaluate all the main restaurants in the capital of Santa Catarina.
The evaluators took into account aspects such as quality of ingredients, flavor, presentation, creativity, service, environment and value for money. In addition to the 10 winning restaurants, the guide also indicates 10 restaurants in Greater Florianópolis that are worth highlighting and worth a visit.

1 - Le Pario, Armazém Rita MariaLocated inside Armazém Rita Maria in the center of Florianópolis, the French restaurant Le Pario is run by chef Eduardo Jacinto. The menu features classic dishes adapted to Brazilian cuisine, served in the “formule du jour” format. Highlighting its a great bang for your buck.
With an exclusive menu prepared by chef Eudes Rampinelli, the dishes are sophisticated with a lot of influence from Mediterranean cuisine, Jay Bistrô is located in one of the trendiest places on the island. His signature cuisine, creative and with strong ingredients, promises a naturally rich experience with architectural details, textures and shapes.
3 - ArtusiArtusi is led by renowned Chef Alysson Müller, with classic and regional Italian dishes, handmade pasta, fresh ingredients and a vast menu of signature wines and drinks. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, with an air-conditioned wine cellar.
4 - Mar MassasLocated in Lagoa da Conceição with panoramic views, in a rustic environment in the green area, Mar Massas specializes in stuffed pasta, made to order and with different sauces. Chef Ana Rita also offers meat, fish and seafood options, as well as delicious desserts.
5 - Vista NipoVista Nipo is one of the most traditional Japanese restaurants in the city, located on a rooftop measuring more than 1,000 m2 within Passeio Primavera. Its proposal goes far beyond sushi, with unique dishes, meat and seafood.
6 - Fogo e MarThe Fogo e Mar restaurant specializes in grilled seafood parrilla. Chef Niva uses smoking and marinating techniques to enhance the flavor of the ingredients. Located in Santo Antônio de Lisboa, the environment has a privileged view and an unforgettable vibe.
7 - Kuay KitchenIn the best traditional Izakaya style (a type of Japanese bar that serves food to accompany drinks), Kuay Kitchen values fresh local products and has modern, non-traditional Japanese cuisine. The restaurant opened at the end of 2022 and is located in Jurerê Internacional.
8 - OstradamusFamous for its fresh oysters, grown on the farm itself, chef Jaime Barcelos' Ostradamus Restaurant also offers a variety of seafood dishes, such as moquecas, paellas and risottos. The atmosphere is rustic and welcoming, with facilities that maintain traces of traditional architecture in Ribeirão da Ilha.
9 - Folha Beach Club Located on the seafront of the left coast of Jurerê Internacional, next to P12, Folha Beach Club was opened in 2022 and hosts the most sophisticated parties in the capital of Santa Catarina. Taste the best of Mediterranean cuisine, signature and refreshing drinks, a selected wine list and quality music.
10 - St ClairThe St Clair has a signature kitchen. Chef St Clair Soares creates elaborate and surprising dishes, which mix techniques and ingredients from different cuisines around the world. The atmosphere is elegant and refined, with intimate lighting.

- Black Sheep on The Roof
In a modern and reserved space, Black Sheep on The Roof serves Japanese cuisine and is located on the top floor of the Hotel Majestic on the seafront of Florianópolis, attached to The Roof. Famous for its “Fusion Cuisine”, which mixes different recipes and ingredients, where chefs have complete freedom of creation.
- Delícias Portuguesas
Located in a listed mansion with old windows, wooden floors and a casual pastry counter, Delícias Portuguesas is run by Portuguese chef Maria Helena Moreira and her family. Cod, alheira, pastel de nata and dumplings are part of the very traditional menu, as well as sweets from Portuguese cuisine.
- Dolce e Vita
The best of contemporary cuisine, with rustic, unpretentious food, with a contemporary and authentic feel, Dolce e Vita by chef Ricardo Caldas is located in Canto da Lagoa, Florianópolis. The menu and atmosphere are a mix of rustic classics and traditional recipes that transcend generations.
- Forneria Piedoro
Located in a building over 100 years old, all made of stone and surrounded by nature, Forneria Piedoro is at the foot of the lagoon hill - the name is also an indirect allusion to the Piedmont region, in Italy, which means at the foot of the mountain. The pizzas are inspired by Neapolitans, made with type 00 Italian flour dough produced in a slow fermentation process, which lasts more than 48 hours.
- Le Bistrô
Small space for big emotions. In a welcoming, cozy and intimate environment, Chef Marinho serves groups of 4 to 14 people at Le Bistrô. It has a varied menu of meats, seafood, tapas, risottos and fresh pasta.
- Macarronada Italiana
Opened in 1979, Macarronada Italiana is one of the most traditional restaurants in the city. Chef Giuseppe Lazzarini offers typical Italian dishes, such as pasta, risotto, meat and seafood.
- Orientales
In a tribute to the Uruguayan people, “Orientales Carnes y Vinos” brings a piece of the country's cuisine that is already recognized worldwide. Highlights include the noble cuts prepared from authentic Parrilla, carefully prepared to keep each piece soft, juicy and with a unique texture.
- Osli LK Hotel
Osli Restaurant opened in 2021 and is located in the LK Design Hotel, open to the public by reservation. With a contemporary kitchen, designed by chef Felipe Silva, the environment is designed by renowned designers and surprises fans of haute cuisine.
- Simple Jurerê
Valuing comfort food, Simple Jurerê stands out for its simple and tasty cuisine, valuing quality ingredients and a seasonal menu. Everything is produced in-house, from the breads to the pasta and sweets. The menu is in charge of chef Gustavo Eiji Ueno and all dishes are prepared individually.
