From Backstage to the Spotlight

Andréia de Bem trades her makeup artist badge for Bella's crown, ready to set hearts on fire and inspire action in Brazil's biggest men's magazine.

Visitors to Bella Club already know the look of someone who delivers transformative beauty: Andréia de Bem, our makeup artist, the magic hand behind so many breathtaking looks. On a freezing day in the Serra Catarinense mountains, with temperatures of 7 degrees Celsius (43 degrees Fahrenheit), she decided to trade her brushes for the camera, showing that behind every well-applied lipstick lies a woman full of attitude, desire, and personality.

She introduces herself: "I'm a woman with a lot of history, whose baggage doesn't weigh me down, but makes me fly. I've always enjoyed taking care of myself, valuing my beauty, and I believe that every woman deserves to feel powerful. 


At work, I'm passionate about what I do—I love enhancing the beauty of models and I'm observant of the smallest details. But I also have my secrets, my hidden desires and dreams that I kept to myself... until now."

The transition from backstage to the main stage didn't come without its butterflies. "I confess that the feeling of being in front of the camera is completely different. Being backstage, doing makeup, is like creating armor for other women. Now, I've shown myself without a shield, showing my most real and vulnerable side, but also my deadly side."

And she had courage! She reveals, laughing and full of life: "The choice to pose for Bella came from the desire to see myself beyond the brushes, you know? I've always encouraged models to feel free, beautiful, seductive... Why wouldn't I give myself the same right? And, look, it was liberating! Today I feel even more vain, empowered and confident..”

Andréia shares that part of this enthusiasm for the challenge came from the response from Bella's own readers: "I never imagined so much affection from subscribers. I haven't even seen the final photos and videos yet, but I no longer see myself through those eyes. Today I feel beautiful, hot, and sexy."

To those curious, she leaves this message: "More than a sensual photoshoot, it was a photoshoot of self-discovery. I hope each photo conveys not only desire, but also the courage to see yourself without filters and enjoy your own reflection.
