The value of the post

First, let's contextualize the reader who will be able to access this column in a few months' time and it may be that our life is already back (I hope so). We are living in a pandemic, facing a virus that does not yet have an immediate cure and that has caused great damage to the health and finances of the world. People are at home, in isolation so that the virus is contained and does not cause a breakdown in the health system.
So explained. The fact is, people have a life, and many of these people, a responsibility in life called postings. It is almost a debt of satisfaction to your followers, where daily and often hourly, there is a need to account for what they are doing with their lives. And that includes what they eat, where they live, work routine, physical exercise, relationships, friendships, etc.
We have an extremely relevant fact: we are getting mentally ill as well. Isolation has caused serious problems, left people too lonely and has increased the number of people who are developing panic syndrome. Fear, in addition to the virus, social distance, normal coexistence with other people and especially with family and friends. Life is not only shaken in the bank account or in health, it is also shaken in our minds.
We all started with the people's posts exercising at home, very excited, training tips in the room, healthy foods. Then the lives started, the live shows made by the artists in their homes, which also had their controversies related to the excess of alcohol consumed by the artists. Then came the videos of a new application, with dances and voice-overs, the masks arrived as content of need and information and we started the posts of help, yoga, meditation, profile tips for psychological assistance.
Now we start with the need for posts from people celebrating. I still don't know why they are meeting. Yes, people are getting together for parties, like birthdays, dinners, congratulations. I believe it is the trend of this fortnight. It's funny to think that people have this need to get together, or else to prepare an entire environment for a post. And without shame, showing the world that the celebration of their birthdays is indeed more important than preserving the health of everyone present (including yours). I also conclude that it is a certain social disease, this relentless need to post without understanding the real meaning of the content, without thinking about its reach or the people who will be positively or negatively impacted.
Are we going to feel like we are at home cloistered and protecting our family while our friends party around? Or will we feel relieved and even proud to be part of the people who care about something bigger, without putting the post at the top of the pyramid? Are we prepared for this reality check?
