Don't live the lives of others...

In the force of hate. I believe you have certainly read this expression around. Mainly on social networks, after someone went to do something they didn't feel like doing, but because they needed to, like training at the gym. Expression that mixes something positive (strength) with something negative (hate). I don't know if people cling to the side of strength, for having accomplished something that was, in a way, an obligation. Or they cling to hatred, which blinds us but directs us towards something with a lot of energy.
Going through posts that last a day, on other people's networks, you must have already seen (or even posted) that expression: “it's paid!”. Once again linked to going to the gym or running and crossfit training, which after so much effort, the best reward is crossing the list, like a paid ticket. As if you owe someone something and need to satisfy your networks. Explain to me why?
Clearly we are dragging our feet to show everyone that we can make the effort, that we have the will to fulfill the tasks we are given, no matter if it is out of hate or obligation. It is a very current posture, in which people prefer to do something to cross off the list and especially show the world that they are capable, rather than to bet on their needs. It is an external and internal demand, after all, presenting something to everyone is a priority for a large portion of the current population.
These days I was at a celebration, the birthday of a very special friend. And for almost an hour my friends, who hadn't seen each other for months, were recording videos for the networks and taking pictures with millions of filters to post. After a while I complained, because we weren't even enjoying the moment, but enjoying the moment to post. Soon it was time to leave, I came thinking about the car that time was used to show that we were happy together, it yielded good material for the networks, but the quality time, to talk, laugh, kill the longing, was very small.
We are the double agents in the movies! We live one life for others, and another life for ourselves. Let's work out to show the training and get into shape, let's go with the force of hate. What's more, we “pay” for the training, as an obligation. Have you ever tried to do something of your own free will, without the need, without the obligation to show it to someone? It's amazing! And it also works. I love internet memes. And one of the best, for me, is that crossfit only brings results if you post. Isn't that great?
Don't be upset with me if you identify with something I said, take the time to reflect! Because the life we don't post becomes a hassle!
