The fashion of things

the-fashion-of-things

Have you ever noticed that just like the clothes we used to wear, which change every season in different colors and shapes, until diseases and medications change over different periods of time? On a social network yesterday, I came across a post from a friend who has been missing and I was thinking about it. She said she was away because of the new flu that is circulating (which is neither a common thing, nor the dreadful virus that haunts us in recent years).

And so I had that in my head, because we are already changing seasons and normally it is a time of health transition. But just as sushi in quantity is no longer at the height of its days, losing its position to poke and to restaurants considered premium of high quality sushi, as our diseases end up going through cycles of contagion that strongly emerged with social interaction ( Of course, to say that the disease is fashionable is just an understatement).

Who doesn't have that friend or relative who loves to mention your list of illnesses when you say you have health problems, right? Or, if you are this person, you already know that the community is part of the so-called contagion cycles, which is that idea of many people catching the same virus/disease because they are in direct contact and there is a wave of the same case. However, it is undeniable that some males seek more than others at a given time and, of course, it seems to be a trend. And here the word trend is in the meaning of competition, of direction, and not of inclination and choice.

Another very nice and biased thing is the breed of dog. Although there is a great mobilization for the adoption of dogs that have been abandoned (and I think it's great), dog breeds are still strong in the market and they will change. We are leaving the wave of the golden retriever and the German spitz and entering (again) the Siberian husky. Dogs with a "fashionable" averse wolf like the Samoyed is the border collie with painted coat and colored eyes. The racing dog that may be known as the English greyhound (and its mini version, the whippet) has also made a comeback. If anyone even knew of a poodle or pinscher for sale and adoption, it is a true rarity. We passed the labrador (at the time of the famous Marley movie), the furry ones with bigger eyes (which replaced the old Pekingese dogs) and saw a German Shepherd and a Doberman. Really cool is the caramel mutt!

The wired headset and the headphone (the big one on the head) are old fashioned things. Just as the record player and record player became modern accessories to have at home and the old (and very expensive) leather sofas. Soon cell phones will ride this crazy trend wave. Yes, the trend is experienced by professionals in the field as a wave, and its crest is massification, just as its decline is called hibernation. That is, it stays there sleeping for a while and then comes back.

And you, what would you like to see come back into fashion?
