Shorter shorts are trending

Fashion is cyclical, and everything we wore one day will certainly make an incredible comeback sooner or later. Repaginated, some trends return with something else – after all, the fabric is more modern, the modeling evolves quickly, and we are more and more demanding with our shopping items.

Trends from the past decades are all back, more stylish than ever before. Among them are the shorter shorts for men, that were almost forgotten for a long time.

The model emerged more colorful, with patterns and fun themes, such as cartoons, geometric shapes and floral, a classical from the 1980s. They might be the perfect item for the next summer.

Taller, thinner men can wear them in all colors and patterns. Shorter guys should choose smaller patterns or no patterns at all, going for the plain ones. Now if you have broader hips, the ideal is to wear darker colors, or patterns with black or navy backgrounds.

Just as it is the case with women, men should also follow the dress code so they won’t get it wrong depending on the occasion. So please, please, please, leave the shorter shorts for informal situations. Wear them during leisure moments.

If you’re into fashion and understands more than most, you can try and make it a more modern look, combining the shorts with shirt and blazer for a stylish night out. A good tip: have those trousers which you haven’t worn in a long time cut, and transform them into shorts – including jeans.
