Style trends for 2021

Soon we will be witnessing the store windows with inviting sales announcements, because in fashion while we are still enjoying our new summer pieces, the winter news arrives to tempt us! The northern hemisphere lives in the cold days and so we can be inspired by the trends that are vibrating down the streets to organize our winter looks.
One of the major trends of 2021 is artisanal. A style that has been gaining space in fashion for years, handicrafts value a very different perception from that which fashion imposed on the market: slow manufacturing, valued labor, quality raw material. The value of a handmade piece is in the way it is made.
Artisanal manufacturing includes several techniques, such as manual painting, sewing and manual stitching, resulting in unique pieces, which can have a more rustic style or even high end (well finished). A common mistake is to think that handcrafted pieces cannot be sophisticated. Quite the contrary, after all, if we think of big labels, such as Hugo Boss and Armani, the production of their most sophisticated pieces is done by hand, that is, with great care, high performance sewing, premium modeling.
Following the line of conscious consumption, another trend for 2021 is sustainable clothing. Several brands have been betting on this new moment for some years and bringing in their lines pieces with organic fabrics, vegetable fibers, recycled fibers and natural raw material. But that does not mean leaving style and sophistication aside!
As fashion has become the great villain of excessive consumption, the footprint of sustainable clothing has grown a lot, and consumers are increasingly looking for responsible brands that are concerned with sustainability. Upcycling, reuse of fabrics, reuse of fibers, organic planting, and many other intelligent ways are accessible for a fashion with more purpose and values.
Sports and technological clothing have left their splashes in fashion and one of the trends for this year is reflective clothing. Formerly responsible for the safety function for sportsmen and workers who are on the streets at night, nowadays clothes with reflective details are on the catwalks and more fashion pieces. It accompanies streetwear very well, in oversized sweatshirts and jackets, casual and sports clothes, which go beyond the gym, and of course, they are highlights in pieces full of personality and style.
Finally, we can point out the volume in the clothes, more exaggerated, with larger jackets and pants, even in formal pieces. Related to comfort, the trend goes well for the winter, with blazer, long coats and pants, which even in line, have comfy airs.
Who knows now is the time to take advantage of promotions to invest in parts that will be successful next season. As men's fashion changes less frequently, finding pieces within the next trends is guaranteed!
